In early May 2025, eighteen senior managers from across the company gathered in New Delhi for something rare in corporate life: a three-day workshop where every single word of our Purpose, Vision and Mission was debated, challenged, and agreed by full consensus.
There was no top-down decree. There were passionate arguments, late-night conversations, and the kind of creative friction that only comes from people who truly care. Every word earned its place. The result is a PVM that every Tojo leader owns — because every Tojo leader wrote it.
A contribution often debated very actively, and it was a testament to the commitment that every word of our purpose, vision, and mission was debated and agreed to by consensus. Well done, Team Tojo.

India's wine capital provided the perfect backdrop for three days of complete team bonding. Nestled among the vineyards of Nashik, the Tojo team stepped away from the lab and the boardroom to connect as people first — colleagues second.
From shared meals under open skies to spirited group sessions, the off-site reminded us that the Tojo culture is built not just in the work we do, but in the moments we share alongside it. New friendships were forged, old ones deepened.
The Sula off-site was a celebration of where we've come from — and a quiet promise about where we're going together.
On the occasion of the Founders' Day of the company, Team Nashik organised a blood donation camp — a quiet, powerful reminder that Tojo's commitment to the community runs as deep as our commitment to science.
Employees stepped forward voluntarily, donating blood and giving their time. The camp was not an obligation — it was an expression of who Tojo people are: generous, rooted, and genuinely invested in the world beyond the workplace.
